Mérieux Université is a benchmark for educational innovation and excellence. In order to nourish our thinking and practices, we have established close relationships with leading academic partners. The Université, for example, is co-building with CEDEP “Fit for the Future”, a leadership program for the Group’s high-potential future executives.

The Université has also developed partnerships with digital training providers (Coursera, GameLearn and CrossKnowledge) in order to offer an extremely rich online offer, adapted to the needs of each individual, ranging from Micro-Learning to certification courses, vectors of Transformative Learning.

The Montcelard site is home to a Learning Lab (L’Orangerie). A unique place for openness, experimentation and exchange. The Learning Lab aims to host all the training courses offered by the Université and to raise awareness of 21st century skills: agility, emotional intelligence, cooperation, critical thinking, problem solving… through a renewed pedagogical approach.
