New Leader Induction
Successfully taking on a management position
This program is aimed at managers taking up their duties for the first time. A real springboard, it enables them to build their managerial identity while becoming firmly rooted in the Group’s shared culture.
Since 2015, more than 530 Leaders have taken part in this unique integration program, which supports them in their understanding of what makes our Group unique. As a result, they become well-informed decision-makers, in tune with our values and committed to passing them on to their teams.
