Like all Group entities, Mérieux Université is committed to acting in accordance with the Principles of Conduct published by Institut Mérieux, and to ensuring that its practices, both internally and externally, are consistent with a corporate culture of ethics and integrity.
Corruption risk management and ethical commitment
In compliance with French law no. 2016-1691, known as “Sapin 2”, Mérieux Université systematically assesses the corruption risks of its service providers and suppliers, with the support of the Internal Audit Department and ADIT. Any new collaboration is subject to prior assessment, to ensure compliance with current legislation.
In addition, Mérieux Université has a strong policy against unethical behavior, corrupt practices, extortion, coercion, fraud and collusion. You can submit a report online
