At Mérieux Université, andragogy* is conceived as a lever for action in the service of public health. It draws on scientific excellence, field experience and peer-to-peer sharing to train professionals capable of understanding, acting and innovating. Each course aims to impart useful knowledge, activate key skills and encourage a committed, collective and sustainable vision of health.
* Andragogy is the art and science of teaching adults. Unlike pedagogy (teaching children), it takes into account the experience, autonomy and specific needs of adult learners.
